Sean Cahill, MD is a membership-based, direct primary care “concierge” model. Why concierge medicine? Simply put, concierge medicine is more personal and personalized. Exceptional care boils down to establishing connected, collaborative doctor patient relationships. Your annual investment allows you the freedom and collaboration to have exceptional medical care, on your own terms, while establishing a plan and focus for your health and lifestyle.
Traditional practice physicians often see 15-20 patients daily in 15 minute appointments, and these doctors typically have more than 2000 patients. Patients can wait weeks to months to be seen, and appointments can be difficult to schedule. This model of care aims to eliminate these barriers, making same day or next day appointments easy for members to schedule. He plans to spend time getting to know members, their medical issues, and most importantly their goals, so together they can develop a collaborative care plan to live their longest and healthiest lives.

Longer and easy to schedule appointments
Limited number of patients
Annual Wellness Visit
Annual screening blood tests (CBC, CMP, a1c, lipids, thyroid)
Annual screening EKG if appropriate
Direct access via text/ phone
Virtual appointments
Vaccines (to be charged to insurance by Vaxcare)
Routine follow up visits for chronic disease management
Sick visits, generally the same or next day
Specialist care coordination

No, Sean Cahill, MD does not accept insurance payments for our medical services. Instead, all our services are covered by our annual fee.

Yes! Your insurance will be billed directly for lab work not part of the annual visit, all vaccines administered in our office, and any screening or diagnostic testing done outside our office. You'll also need your insurance for specialist visits, emergency room visits, and hospitalizations.

A key part of our mission is to keep patients out of the emergency room and avoid unnecessary, often inefficient urgent care visits by providing timely and appropriate care. However, emergencies do happen. Our patients can receive emergency care at any facility covered by their insurance, and doctors will be available for consultation by phone with emergency care physicians. Emergency room care will be billed directly to your insurance.

Your doctor will be accessible, and appointments will be readily available. With a limited number of patients in each doctor's panel, we ensure specialized, personalized care for every patient.

To become a member of the practice, please contact the office to discuss membership details and schedule a Meet & Greet appointment. No insurance is accepted, but the office will keep your insurance information on file in order to obtain authorization from your insurance for any medication or tests you may need in the future.
